In case you missed our previous announcements, Vance Gabbart has announced his intention to retire towards the latter half of 2025 and the Gabbart & Woods companies are no longer taking on new projects. Louis (Rocky) Woods is already continuing his work as WOODS STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING, while participating in the collaborative CANYON STUDIO group.

Gabbart & Woods companies are now wrapping up current design projects. Once all design projects are complete, the GW companies will continue to operate to provide Construction Administration services as necessary. (Some clients may find it is in their best interest to transfer Construction Administration services to our group’s new entities.)
Looking to the future, any professional liability and insurance issues for Gabbart & Woods work will remain with the Gabbart and Woods companies as long as is required by law or contract.
