In case you missed our previous announcements, Vance Gabbart has announced his intention to retire towards the latter half of 2025 and the Gabbart & Woods companies are no longer taking on new projects. Louis Rocky Woods is working in his new company, WOODS STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING, (as part of the collaborative CANYON STUDIO group).
The last of the GW projects are now being wrapped up in the CD phase. GW companies will continue to operate to provide Construction Administration services as necessary, although many clients may decide it is in their best interest to transfer Construction Administration services to one of our engineers’ new entities.
In any case, Rocky and Vance will continue to provide support for Gabbart & Woods projects. Please feel free to reach out to us anytime:
